The Mississippi Early Learning Alliance (MELA) is pleased to announce that we’ve published our first Annual Report! The Annual Report is designed to summarize our activities and accomplishments over the past 18 months (January 2020 – July 2021), as well as forecast some of our upcoming projects and initiatives.
More importantly, though, the Annual Report provides us a platform to:
- Share our guiding vision for early childhood in Mississippi, and the strategies we’re using to make this vision a reality.
- Describe the early impacts we’ve had on childcare providers, families and caregivers, and organizational partners.
- Provide updates on our progress with regard to our three-year strategic plan, and highlight emerging areas of work and collaboration.
- Remain accountable to and transparent with our funders, partners, and the greater early childhood community of Mississippi.
